Rev. Kent Williams - Senior Pastor
Pastor Williams answered God’s call to move to Bakersville in 1992, and has been serving as the senior pastor of Christ Community since. His primary roles include faithfully preaching and teaching God’s Word and supporting the spiritual life of the church and its mission.

Rebecca Owens - Children's and Youth Ministry Director
Rebecca has led our growing children’s ministry since 2009. She helps our kids develop relationships with Jesus and brings energy and excitement to our Sunday School program for infants through kids in grade six.
Derek Woods - Youth Ministry
Derek leads our Junior High and Senior High students, encouraging them as they build stronger relationships with Jesus, family, and friends. He leads Youth Group on Wednesday nights and coordinates and leads the annual mission trip for Senior High students.
Teresa Carter - Office Administrator
Teresa manages all administrative functions and oversees the daily management of our facilities. She is also in charge of managing church staff and all financial matters.

Timothy Wright - Music Ministry
Tim coordinates the traditional and contemporary worship at Christ Community and leads worship during the contemporary service on Sunday mornings. He also coordinates the Worship Team schedule and all special music.

Arlene Dowling - Secretary
Arlene’s attention to detail keeps the church office running smoothly. She attends to the day-to-day church office tasks and coordinates details for weddings, funerals, baptisms, and new membership.
